  3. Assist with the form filling, liasing between the client, estate agents, solicitors and manage the process with the lender keeping you informed of the progress

In order to do the job properly we have to gain an intimate knowledge of you, your requirements, circumstances and future prospects. This information is studied in correlation with our intimate knowledge of mortgages and insurances. Experience of the market and an understanding of your requirements will lead us to making a formal recommendation of which mortgage and /or protection products best suit your requirements.

We have to keep up to date with all the latest information on mortgage policies, lending schemes and interest rates - all of which can change daily.
